Job summary

VSP Technologies is seeking a Sales & Field Operations Specialist in Longview, TX to deliver technical, product, and sales support that drives customer growth. You will collaborate with Sealing Specialists and regional leadership to identify sealing needs, present on-site or virtual trainings, and document cost savings for customers.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering and field teams, managing orders via MAS, maintaining agreements and inventory, and traveling to customer

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Experience and/or training related to job functions.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) proficiency.
• Working knowledge of MAS500.
• Customer service experience in manufacturing and/or sales (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Expand the sales and use of VSP products through the identification of sealing needs and cost savings opportunities for customers.
• Coordinate with Sealing Specialist and the Regional Sales Manager to provide customer support within all VSP industries.
• Provide direct support to VSP personnel, including Sealing Specialists, Product & Application Engineers, Business Unit Directors, Support Services, and Operations Support Specialists and/or Branch Managers.
• Prepare and present on-site or virtual training classes to customers.
• Discover opportunities to provide sealing solutions and document cost savings through training classes, walk and talks, problem-solving, etc.
