Job summary

Resource Environmental Solutions LLC (RES) is hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead and develop our internal recruiting team while coordinating with external partners. You will drive end-to-end searches, improve recruiting operations, and leverage market insights for regional leadership.

You will oversee ATS usage (Greenhouse transitioning to Rippling in Q1 2027), implement structured interviews and PI assessment practices, and partner with Field HR to align recruiting with business needs.

Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive recruiting experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience across multiple job families and levels, especially field-based organizations.
• Strong sourcing, interview planning, and assessment tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal recruiting team and manage external resources.
• Oversee portfolio of searches and ensure capacity and results.
• Own recruiting operations, workflows, and technology usage including ATS.
• Build strong Field HR partnerships and provide market insight.
• Develop structured selection practices and provide feedback to hiring managers.
