Qualifications

• Strong coordination of field operations and documentation.
• Experience tracking materials and tracking on-site inventories.
• Familiarity with safety requirements and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Compile and organize daily safety documentation and permitting for self-perform crews and subcontractors.
• Support weekly subcontractor and project coordination meetings by preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
• Track material deliveries and maintain accurate on-site material inventories.
