Job summary

East & Westbrook Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects from award through closeout.

You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, safety, and quality to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will lead multiple subcontractors, maintain financial performance, and deliver exceptional service to clients while promoting East & Westbrook's safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of PM experience in commercial/industrial general contracting.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trade partners.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from award through final closeout.
• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Procure, negotiate, contract, and manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to meet safety and schedule.
• Conduct progress meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and trades.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and look-aheads.
• Monitor costs and forecast financial performance.
• Ensure work meets contract requirements and quality standards.
