You will own project success, drive safety, quality, and schedule discipline, and collaborate with field crews and subcontractors to deliver results. You bring 3+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to problem solving, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of self-perform work, means & methods, and field execution.
• Proven leadership in managing crews and developing field talent.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Experience with construction scheduling and project management tools.
• PMP certification is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Drive and model our Safety Program—safety is our #1 priority.
• Partner with Safety to develop site-specific safety plans.
• Build and maintain project schedules and look-aheads.
• Manage field teams, including Foremen, FITs, and Leadmen.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor daily progress, budgets, and job performance.
• Proactively identify and solve delays, risks, and field challenges.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, specs, and client expectations.
• Prepare job status reports and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
