East & Westbrook Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced General Contracting Superintendent to lead field execution of commercial, industrial, and specialty projects.

You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and drive on-time, on-budget performance. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, institutional, or general construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day field operations on assigned construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules and drive progress toward key milestones.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Conduct safety meetings, jobsite inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and schedule impacts.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners throughout project execution.
• Complete daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
• Manage material deliveries, site logistics, and workforce planning.
• Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, safety, and teamwork.
