Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Assistant Manager dedicated to delivering high customer satisfaction and operational excellence across assigned offices in the Jacksonville region. You will lead field support personnel, mentor teams, and ensure compliance with company guidelines while collaborating with regional and corporate leadership.

The role emphasizes people leadership, process optimization, and the ability to drive performance in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and coach for personal and professional goals.
• Knowledge of business policies and human resource practices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, counsel and terminate field support personnel in assigned region.
• Coordinate with Regional VP and leadership to communicate goals and TEKsystems policies.
• Assist in incentive plans, diversity initiatives, and benefits administration.
• Mentor field support personnel and manage remote offices.
• Audit operational processes for compliance with TEKsystems guidelines.
• Provide direction and act as liaison to corporate on HR and IT issues.
• Set clear performance expectations and drive results through regular reviews.
• Design processes to manage offices, impacting profitability and costs.
• Collaborate with Center Managers on program initiatives and improvements.
