Window World of Southwest Florida seeks a Field Manager to oversee field operations, collaborate with the Project Manager to schedule window/door installations, and ensure timely service resolutions. The role requires energetic, customer-first leadership to deliver high-quality exterior remodeling projects.

The Field Manager will lead installation crews, supervise the Service Technician, and maintain strong product knowledge while upholding company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Five to Seven years of window and door installation experience.
• Excellent customer service skills including active listening and problem resolution.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2 to 4 installation crews.
• Manage a Service Technician.
• Re-measure sold projects.
• Trouble shoot service issues.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and services.
• Resolve customer issues and follow up.
