Job summary
Design Windows and Doors is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily field operations, window and door installation crews, fleet coordination, warehouse operations, inventory management, and production processes. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for ensuring residential window and door projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards.

Qualifications
- Experience in production management or construction management in the window/door industry.
- Strong leadership, team management and field operations experience.
- Ability to read measurements and job scopes.
- Proficiency with scheduling, inventory and project management software.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to work in the field.
Responsibilities
- Lead install crews with focus on productivity, safety, and quality.
- Schedule crews to maximize labor efficiency.
- Perform site inspections to confirm quality and safety.
- Provide coaching and feedback to installation teams.
- Manage fleet maintenance and vehicle use.
- Coordinate material receiving and inventory control.
- Support change orders and upsell opportunities.
