Job summary

Window World is seeking a Field Manager to oversee field operations, coordinating with the Project Manager to schedule installations of windows, doors, and siding. You will lead installation crews, supervise technicians, re-measure projects, and troubleshoot service issues while keeping customers informed throughout the process.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in window/door installation and 1–3 years in management, with strong communication, data entry accuracy, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of window and door installation experience.
• One to three years of installation management experience.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with active listening and problem solving.
• Accurate data entry and proficient typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–4 installation crews.
• Manage a Service Technician.
• Re-measure sold projects.
• Troubleshoot service issues beyond technician's scope.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and services.
• Resolve customer issues with timely follow-up.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Prepare installation and service reports for management.
• Support training and orientation for team members.
