Position Summary

Your role as a Field Operations Manager is to manage the overall operations and be responsible for, productivity, quality control performance metrics, and safety measures for your team. This role will report to the Project Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to all Supervisors.
• Manage training, scheduling, wages and hours for field staff.
• Work closely with Project Managerand management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, processes, budgets, as well asfollow through with implementation.
• Develop operations systems,enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for completing work, equipment utilization,and equipment/inventory management
• Communicate with customers and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with OSHA and other governmental regulationsandensure that the project safety goals aremet,and training is completed
• May perform additional duties, responsibilities, projects, work locations, or tasks based on operational and business need
