Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to all Supervisors.
• Manage training, scheduling, wages and hours for field staff.
• Work with Project Manager and management to set policies, procedures, processes and budgets and implement them.
• Develop operations systems, enforce policies and create processes for completing work and equipment management.
• Communicate with customers and safety to ensure OSHA compliance and safety goals are met.
• May perform additional duties based on operational needs.
