Responsibilities include staffing, policy implementation, coaching, performance appraisals, and coordinating with project management to meet budgets and timelines.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
• 3–5 years of experience in related field with 1–2 years in operations management.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and procedures.
• Manage staffing levels, wages, hours, and contract labor revenue alignment.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to set policies, budgets, and procedures.
• Recruit, train, assign, schedule, coach, and train field staff.
• Conduct performance appraisals and manage corrective actions.
• Develop operations systems and material/equipment management processes.
• Communicate customer issues to improve experience and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate with safety department to meet OSHA and regulatory requirements.
• Provide daily support to the Project Manager.
