Job summary

Hydromax USA is seeking a Field Operations Manager - Water in Washington, DC to lead field teams, drive productivity, quality and safety metrics. You will report to the Project Manager and coordinate with support staff to ensure on-time, compliant project execution.

The role requires 3-5 years in a related field and 1-2 years in operations management, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel; excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential to deliver safe, reliable

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in related field
• 1-2 years in operations management
• Must be able to travel as needed
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Proficient with MS Office tools
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to walk up to 5 miles or more per day
• Must be able to work in confined spaces, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to all Supervisors.
• Manage training, scheduling, wages and hours for field staff.
• Work with Project Manager and management team to implement policies, procedures, processes, budgets, and follow through with implementation.
• Develop operations systems, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for completing work, equipment utilization, and equipment/inventory management
• Communicate with customers and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with OSHA and other regulations; ensure project safety goals are met and training is completed
• May perform additional duties, responsibilities, projects, work locations, or tasks based on operational and business need
