Job summary

Hydromax USA is seeking a Field Operations Manager for Washington, DC, to lead field teams and ensure safety, quality, and productivity. The role focuses on directing Supervisors, coordinating training and scheduling, and implementing optimized operations processes.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager and management team to enforce policies, manage budgets, and maintain equipment utilization while upholding safety standards across the project.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in related field with 1-2 years in operations management.
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen.
  • Proficient in using current technology; smartphone, tablets, MS Office tools, etc.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to travel as needed.
  • Must be able to walk up to 5 miles or more per day in various terrain and weather conditions.
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to all Supervisors.
  • Manage training, scheduling, wages and hours for field staff.
  • Work with Project Manager and management to set policies, procedures, processes and budgets and implement them.
  • Develop operations systems, enforce policies and procedures; optimize processes for completion of work and equipment utilization.
  • Communicate with customers and safety department to ensure OSHA compliance and safety goals are met.
