Job summary

Rapid Response Staffing Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Client & Operations team, ensuring staffing plans and site operations meet client expectations. You will oversee project managers, local account managers, and assignment coordinators, coordinating with Recruiting, Travel, and Payroll to keep projects staffed and running smoothly.

You will build a high-performance team, set KPIs, and drive accountability while managing travel logistics, housing, and safety compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations, project, or field-management experience in staffing, events, logistics, or disaster response.

Responsibilities

• Lead project managers, local account managers, and coordinators with clear goals and KPIs.
• Set operating rhythm with daily rosters, weekly reviews, and escalation paths.
• Staff projects before mobilization with headcount, start dates, and arrival plans.
• Coordinate handoffs between Recruiting, Travel, Payroll, and field management.
• Ensure each assignment has a named owner and clear escalation.
