Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC seeks an Operations Manager - Fulfillment to lead day‑to‑day broadband and telecom service delivery across markets, coordinating field resources, contractors, and internal teams while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will oversee aerial, underground, and in‑home work, schedule subcontractors to hit milestones, monitor budgets, and deliver progress updates to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, field operations, or project management.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role within telecom, utility, or construction sectors.
• Experience managing subcontractor relationships and multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fulfillment operations across markets including aerial, underground, and in-home service activities.
• Direct and schedule field resources and subcontractors to meet timelines and SLAs.
• Monitor milestones, deployment schedules, and project budgets; track performance against KPIs.
• Act as main client liaison for updates and issue resolution; provide clear communication.
• Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and vendor performance; initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve field operations, resource planning, and service delivery models.
• Conduct field audits and prepare reports/dashboards for executive leadership.
