Qualifications

• 5 years of FTTH/GPON/XGS network construction and/or large-scale fiber deployments.
• 5 years of experience managing relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• 3 years in a people manager position.
• Experience with physical layer components (twisted pair copper, fiber optic cabling, patch panels, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technicians, overseeing field operations including planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction, installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Foster team development by promoting best practices and creating growth plans for individuals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues across the network from central office to customer premises.
• Navigate complex customer interactions with professionalism and strong communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers; cultivate relationships with property managers and building owners.
• Execute operational processes with attention to detail and promote continuous learning.
