Job summary

DK Security is seeking an Operations Manager in Michigan to lead contract security operations across a designated region. You will supervise Site Supervisors and Security Officers, oversee client relations, and ensure compliance with site visits, training, and payroll processes.

The role requires strong leadership, a CPL, and excellent communication. A Bachelor's in Criminal Justice or Business Administration is preferred, with a background in security management and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Must be of good moral character with no felonies or related offenses.
• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or Business Administration strongly preferred; Security Management concentration preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ prior experience as a security manager or above in government or corporate service is desirable.
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) a Concealed Pistol License (CPL).
• Impeccable grooming and above-average customer service skills.
• Must present a friendly, professional image to clients, employees, supervisors, and the public.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics such as addition/subtraction/multiplication/division.

Responsibilities

• Contract management and oversight of client relationships.
• Oversee Supervisors and Security Officers in the field.
• Ensure Supervisors complete the required site visits and maintain relationships with staff.
• Ensure proper outfitting of employees and maintain equipment and uniforms.
• Overtime, payroll, and staff meetings management; coordinate with HR for recruiting.
• Support business development initiatives and company-wide goals.
