Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits and enforce standards across locations.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate proactively to prevent issues.
• Oversee reporting quality and compliance; ensure timely DARs and incident reports.
• Assist in hiring and staffing decisions; coordinate with COO and leadership.
