Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is looking for a Field Operations Manager/Service Technician to support field operations across our Milwaukee-area service area. This role requires hauling trailers, coordinating schedules, and delivering timely restoration services following IICRC standards.

You must be on-call for 24-hour emergencies, communicate clearly with customers, and work well with a team. The position offers entry-to-senior level growth and a compensation package with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be on-call for 24-hour emergencies.
• Team player who can work independently in a fast-paced field operations environment.
• Proficiency with smartphones/tablets and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Xactware is helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles with trailers.
• Read maps and provide directions.
• Coordinate with team and communicate scope of work to customers.
• Maintain timely schedules and service delivery.
• Assist in restoration and construction tasks as needed.
• Respond to jobs promptly and follow IICRC standards.
