Job summary

AMH is seeking a Field Manager to lead field technicians, oversee maintenance, and ensure safety and quality on AMH properties. You’ll coach staff, oversee vendor work, and manage tenant turnover in Tulsa, OK.

The role requires HVAC experience, strong tools knowledge, and a track record of supervisory leadership. You will coordinate inspections, manage work orders, and ensure timely maintenance while upholding AMH standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/lead experience preferred.
• Minimum of six years of Residential/Property Maintenance or related experience.
• Experience with basic hand tools and power tools is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• HVAC experience required.
• EPA/Certification preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach the field team to improve performance and adherence to standards.
• Manage Tenant Turn process and align property inventory with standards.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure specifications are met.
• Report status and costs in CRM and Yardi databases.
• Update and complete mobile work orders within deadlines to ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Respond to emergency service calls when on call.
