Veridian Service Partners in Cedar Park, TX is seeking an Operations Manager to deliver strategic leadership for field operations across multiple service lines. You will bridge strategy and day-to-day execution, leading field managers and production teams to complete projects safely, on time, and within budget.

You will develop plans, optimize scheduling and resources, ensure OSHA safety compliance, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to meet labor and materials needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production, operations, or field management.
• Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and complex operational schedules.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading leaders (Field Managers or Foremen) preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management and operational software systems.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Field Managers, Project Managers, and staff to meet production goals.
• Develop and oversee production plans and scheduling for efficiency.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards across all field ops.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and drive improvements.
• Forecast labor, materials, and equipment with leadership teams.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Supply Chain on recruiting and budgeting.
• Develop future leaders and succession planning within operations.
• Support integration of new business units and service lines.
