ILG is seeking a Field Manager to oversee field operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. You will lead field crews, coordinate with project management and logistics, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, schedule optimization, and adherence to OSHA and company safety programs, with travel to job sites and potential weekend work based on project demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, or project management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with field crews.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective cross-department communication and customer-facing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage field crews to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Develop and implement daily/weekly work schedules.
• Conduct on-site inspections for progress, quality, and safety.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues to minimize delays.
• Coordinate field operations with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead, train, and mentor field staff on policies and safety procedures.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for customers, builders, and subcontractors.
