Job summary

Kreg Therapeutics LLC is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead field operations across the assigned area, ensuring top-tier service to hospital partners. This hands-on manager will oversee people, service delivery, inventory, fleet, safety, compliance, and financial results.

The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with experience in healthcare, medical equipment, logistics, or field service, and a proven ability to balance day-to-day execution with continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare services, medical equipment, logistics or field service is a plus.
• Strong leadership and performance management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned area and support 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations to deliver a high level of service to hospital partners.
• Coach and develop direct reports; manage hiring, onboarding and performance.
• Oversee inventory, fleet and assets; ensure proper maintenance and utilization.
• Promote safety, quality and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support priorities and continuous improvement.
