Job summary

Kreg Therapeutics LLC is seeking a Field Service Representative to deliver, set up, service, and pick up rental medical equipment for hospital partners. You will drive a 28‑foot box truck, train on equipment use, and support clinical teams with troubleshooting and on‑site support.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, up to 250 miles daily travel, and a 2nd shift schedule (2PM–11PM). Training is provided, and sales service mindset is valued to ensure high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening (pre‑employment)
• Experience in customer‑facing or service‑oriented roles is highly preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and safely handle large medical equipment with proper techniques and tools (training provided).
• Be able to work 2nd shift: 2PM to 11:00PM

Responsibilities

• Deliver, service, and pick up medical equipment at customer facilities.
• Operate a 28‑foot box truck and meet safety competencies.
• Maintain communication with Central Dispatch for routing and order updates.
• May drive 10–250 miles per day depending on route assignments.
• Serve as a professional, customer‑focused point of contact at facilities.
• Provide basic equipment training to on‑site staff when needed.
• Troubleshoot route challenges and uphold service level commitments.
• Prepare equipment for patient use, including cleaning and disinfecting.
• Move and handle beds and equipment up to 1,000 lbs with provided tools.
• Complete daily reporting using email, mobile devices, and company software.
• Uphold professional communication with customers and dispatch.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
