Job summary

Kreg Therapeutics is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead field operations across the assigned area, ensuring hospitals receive reliable service and support. You will manage personnel, service delivery, inventory, fleet, safety, and financial results in a hands-on leadership role.

The ideal candidate will balance day-to-day execution with continuous improvement, driving performance while developing a high-performing team in a 24/7 service environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare services, medical equipment, logistics, field service, or related industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience leading employees and managing performance.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations to deliver a high level of service to customers.
• Drive achievement of operational KPIs, service standards, and financial objectives.
• Identify, develop, and implement processes that improve efficiency, service quality, and operational performance.
• Partner closely with Customer Service to ensure effective coordination and execution of customer needs.
• Maintain operational readiness within a 24/7 service environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports with clear expectations and accountability.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, recognition, and corrective action.
