Agiliti Health, Inc seeks a Field Operations Manager for Surgical Equipment Repair to provide strategic leadership of SER field operations including OSERS, OSERS-FL, MIRSS and IM personnel, ensuring alignment with financial and quality goals and a focus on customer experience.

You will develop staff, monitor performance, coordinate with the Division Operations Manager, drive weekly cadence with SER FOT, and ensure teams meet weekly/monthly objectives while maintaining strong client

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; surgical equipment repair experience preferred.
Experience evaluating, training, and managing remote employees.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

Lead and manage SER field operations teams to align with financial and quality goals and customer experience.
Ensure staff are technically qualified and competent for instrument repair and service duties.
Develop requirements and standards for mobile vans and in-house labs serving clients.
Monitor divisional operational efficiencies and drive weekly cadence with SER FOT.
Recruit, develop, and manage staff including coaching, performance evaluation, and corrective actions.
Collaborate on proposals, customer presentations, and revenue forecasting; maintain client relationships.
