Kreg Therapeutics is seeking a Field Service Representative to deliver, service, and pick up rental medical equipment across markets. You will coordinate with Central Dispatch, maintain equipment, and ensure safety and timely operations.

The role requires driving up to 26-foot trucks, lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasional overnight travel. Strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel overnight as needed.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and preliminary/random drug screening.
• Must be available to operate in a 24/7 environment on a specific shift.
• Experience in a service industry is a plus and demonstrates customer service mindset.
• Proven leadership and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Aufgaben

• Deliver, service, and pick-up medical equipment from facilities.
• Prepare equipment for patient use with maintenance, disinfection, and testing.
• Communicate with Central Dispatch and coordinate with Supervisors in each market.
• Maintain company vehicles and ensure safe driving practices and timely reporting.
