Job summary

DataX Connect seeks a Field Operations Manager to lead field operations across a growing portfolio of hyperscale data center developments. This senior role drives operational excellence, mentors project teams, and ensures consistent execution on-site.

You will oversee field activities from preconstruction through completion, champion safety and quality, develop future field leaders, and align field performance with program goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' commercial construction experience.
• Senior Project Superintendent experience.
• Proven leadership of multiple construction teams.
• Strong scheduling, constructability, cost and field operations.

Lead the delivery of some of North America's most significant mission critical construction projects.

An established ENR-ranked general contractor is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee field operations across a growing portfolio of hyperscale data center developments.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, mentoring project teams, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple large-scale projects.

The Opportunity

Working closely with construction leadership, you'll oversee field operations from preconstruction through project completion while providing strategic guidance to Superintendents and project teams.

You'll play a key role in developing field leadership, improving operational performance and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

What We're Looking For
