Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and manage heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily supply needs for field operations activities.
• Communicate regularly with field teams to provide support and address issues.
• Manage weekly payroll reporting.
• Assist in coordinating equipment rental pickup and return.
• Resolve field-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain inventory counts.
• Support projects and equipment as needed.
