Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technicians or field employees.
• Experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, tree care, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, facilities services, distribution, or another field-service environment.
• Strong background in scheduling, routing, workforce planning, and daily operations.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, training, and developing employees.
• Proven ability to manage productivity, labor, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable using systems, reporting, and KPIs to drive performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsabilités

• Hire, train, coach, and develop field technicians.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage employee performance.

• Ensure certifications and licenses are maintained.
• Identify training needs through ride-alongs, audits, and field observations.

• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and service delivery.
• Manage equipment, vehicles, materials, and supplies.
• Resolve customer issues and service concerns.
• Manage department budgets, labor costs, and expenses.
• Monitor KPIs and productivity metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Support revenue growth through strong operational execution.
• Support technicians in the field and conduct quality inspections.
• Ensure safety, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement best practices and process improvements.
