Job summary

Zaxby's is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead a team of Operations Consultants across the Tennessee, Kentucky, and Indiana regions. This field-based role emphasizes coaching, performance improvement, and ensuring consistent execution of brand standards.

You will spend substantial time in the field, analyzing performance data, partnering with franchisees and above-store leaders, and developing the team's capability in operations, guest service, and P&L literacy to drive sustained

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant operations, finance, or leadership.
• Experience as a business consultant or above-store manager.
• Must attain and maintain ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Operations Consultants through regular 1:1s and field observations.
• Ensure core field responsibilities are executed consistently and brand standards are upheld.
• Review regional data, scorecards, and root-cause analyses to guide actions and priorities.
