Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Field Manager in Fort Lauderdale to lead Service Technicians on daily routes and pest control delivery, focusing on service quality and customer experience. You will build a high-performing field team, ensure safety compliance, and drive operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes training, scheduling oversight, and performance coaching to maintain high standards while supporting lead generation for the sales team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years pest control experience; management preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving history.
• State-required pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and train Service Technicians in delivery and customer experience, identifying sales opportunities for the sales team.
• Manage and evaluate technician performance, lead meetings, coaching, and training to ensure quality and compliance.
• Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians, conduct daily field audits through ride-alongs, and provide feedback to the Service Manager on findings.
• Monitor technician schedules and service routes, including high-priority and emergency services, run performance reports, and conduct regular truck inspections to ensure equipment, inventory, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
