Job summary

Block by Block is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee one of our Ambassador programs in Texas. The role requires 5-7 years of leadership experience in law enforcement or the military, and a TX Peace Officer License is preferred along with a valid driver’s license.

You will manage daily district program operations, foster strong client relationships, and deliver continual improvements while leading a team in a dynamic, outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years leadership experience in law enforcement or the military.
• TX Peace Officer License preferred/required.
• Driver's license.
• Excellent customer service and strong integrity.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train a capable team.
• Adjust resource deployment to changing needs.
• Identify and solve problems to improve program quality.
• Procure and manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Report outcomes through spreadsheets and budgets.
• Provide coaching and field leadership.
