Job summary

Block by Block is seeking a Team Leader to oversee ambassadors, coordinate shift duties, and ensure safety and quality in public spaces. You will drive operations outdoors, manage projects such as banner fixes and ground maintenance, and supervise teams during open shifts.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, weekend availability, and the ability to work Mon–Fri 6:00am–3:00pm. This opportunity fits candidates who value service, teamwork, and community safety.

Responsibilities

• Front Line Leadership: manage shift duties and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Reporting: provide daily reports and communicate with team and Operations Manager.
• Professionalism: maintain a positive, professional environment and proper appearance.
• Physical Abilities: able to walk, lift, and work outside for long hours.
• Communication: able to speak, read, and write English for reports.
