Job summary

Block by Block is seeking a Second Shift Team Leader to supervise ambassadors and coordinate daily operations in outdoor environments. You will guide a team of 20+ and ensure safety, quality, and customer service across shifts.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in all weather conditions while maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or college preferred.
• Prior managerial/supervisory experience with 20+ people.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Front Line Leadership: manage shift duties and ensure compliance with Block by Block standards.
• Reporting: provide daily reports on accomplishments and concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Professionalism: maintain a positive, professional environment and uphold company policies.
• Physical Abilities: work outdoors in all weather and lift 50 lbs when needed.
• Communication: speak, read, and write English to create basic reports.
• Computer Skills: proficient in Microsoft Office.
