Allegro Home Delivery is seeking a Field Area Manager to oversee fulfillment teams and driver crews in the St. Paul, Minnesota area. You will supervise warehouse staff, independent contractors, and drivers to ensure timely deliveries of mattresses, furniture, and large items.

You will mentor teams, facilitate training, recruit contractors as needed, and coordinate with clients and transport partners to maintain high customer satisfaction and accurate inventory records.

Formación

• Experience in logistics or fulfillment environment.
• Experience supervising people and driving performance.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, bills of lading, reports and procedures.
• Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and customer requirements.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Run crews and direct drivers to complete loads accurately and timely.
• Monitor and coach independent contractors and employee drivers.
• Recruit new Independent Contractors and driving teams as needed.
• Coordinate and manage workflow for assigned employees and staffing.
• Participate in hiring when needed and ensure proper staffing.
