You will manage budgets, staffing, and safety standards while collaborating with Sales and Account Executives to maintain client satisfaction. Regular market travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferable.
• 5–7 years of leadership with budget and reporting responsibility.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the market.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Area Leaders to drive engagement and accountability.
• Improve processes, productivity, and service delivery using data insights.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and report financial performance.
• Forecast staffing needs and coordinate with Recruiting to maintain coverage.
• Lead training and enforce standards for safety, systems usage, and service protocols.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Executives to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and grow client relationships.
• Perform site visits to ensure service quality and safety standards.
• Oversee fleet, vehicle compliance, and warehouse inventory.
• Identify future leaders and support their professional growth.
• Lead strategic projects from start to finish.
