Job summary

Commercial Door LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to own the service center end-to-end in Oklahoma. This is a field-focused leadership role that ensures every job is scheduled, executed safely, documented, and billed.

You will manage scheduling, dispatch, staffing, parts, vendors, tools, and vehicles, while coaching technicians, onboarding new hires, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Take charge and drive branch performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading operations in field service or similar.
• Experience supporting field technicians and troubleshooting.
• Ability to own safety, scheduling, and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire operation: scheduling, dispatch, staffing, parts, vendors, tools, and vehicles.
• Review and improve branch revenue, labor recovery, gross margin, WIP, and billing readiness.
• Coach technicians, develop skills, onboard new hires, and manage the Service Coordinator.
• Enforce safety training and daily safety practices.
• Manage customer relationships and support quotes/bids.
