Job summary

Citadel Access Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our commercial overhead door service and installation operations in Arlington, TX. This hands-on leadership role manages field technicians, installation crews, scheduling, and overall operational profitability.

You will drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with Sales, Estimating, Dispatch, and Purchasing to keep jobs moving and margins healthy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial overhead door or related industry.
• Experience leading service technicians or installation crews.
• Strong knowledge of overhead door installation, service, and troubleshooting.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with sectional/rolling doors and dock equipment.

Responsibilities

Operations Manager – Commercial Overhead Doors

We are seeking an experiencedOperations Manager to lead our commercial overhead door service and installation operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing field technicians, installation crews, scheduling, job performance, customer satisfaction, and overall operational profitability.

We are looking for someone whoknows the commercial door business and can effectively lead technicians while keeping jobs moving, customers satisfied, and operations profitable.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily service, repair, maintenance, and installation operations.
• Lead and develop service technicians, installers, and field crews.
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, vehicles, and equipment.
• Monitor technician productivity, labor utilization, overtime, callbacks, and job performance.
• Review work orders, project scopes, and installation requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to field teams.
• Ensure projects and service calls are completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.
• Monitor job costing, labor performance, andgross margins.
• Work closely with Sales, Estimating, Dispatch, and Purchasing.
• Resolve escalated customer and field issues.
• Recruit, train, coach, and hold field personnel accountable.
• Maintain strong safety, quality, and customer service standards.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial overhead door, dock equipment, or closely related industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing service technicians or installation crews.
• Strong knowledge of commercial overhead door installation, service, and troubleshooting.
• Experience withsectional doors, rolling steel doors, operators, high-speed doors, fire doors, and loading dock equipment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of job costing, labor productivity, scheduling, and gross margin.
• Ability to manage multiple crews, projects, and service calls simultaneously.
• Experience withServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
