Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC in Rush City, MN, is seeking a Foreman to lead installation crews on foundation solutions projects. You will own safety, quality, productivity, and team performance from start to finish, coordinating daily operations and mentoring your crew to deliver on time and within budget.

This role requires hands-on leadership on construction sites, strong communication, and the ability to assign tasks, review materials, and troubleshoot on site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Basic construction knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specs to determine materials, tools, equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
• Assesses on-site conditions; sets forth plans based on time allotment, tools needed, and order of work – assign duties to your crew for work to be performed.
• Installs products and services with the support of a national team of trained professionals.
• Innovates and troubleshoots situations as needed based on requirements to complete the job to meet company standards and timetables.
• Provides customers with superior quality and service while onsite performing work.
• Ensures all final documentation is done completely/accurately and is given to the proper parties.
• Supervises the crew and provides on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foreman.
• Drives the company-provided vehicle to and from the job site daily.
• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.
