Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Field Superintendent in Rush City, MN to lead onsite operations for foundation repair and related groundwork services. You will supervise multiple crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, scheduling, and budget adherence on projects.

You will report to project managers and maintain Groundworks’ high standards of quality and customer service, with a focus on accountability and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in foundation repair or related groundwork.
• Strong knowledge of foundation repair techniques, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete leveling.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
