Job summary

VETS Junk Removal + Dumpsters Columbia is seeking an Operations Coordinator who is dependable, highly organized, and hands-on to help lead our daily junk removal and dumpster operations. This role blends operations management, field leadership, customer service, dispatch, estimating, and hands-on junk removal.

The role requires leading from the field, supervising the Senior Team Leader, and ensuring the operation runs efficiently from morning through end of day, including driving company trucks

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams and coordinating daily schedules.
• Ability to communicate pricing and services clearly to customers.
• Comfort with field work, driving company vehicles, and on-site quotes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Senior Team Leader and field crews to ensure daily jobs run smoothly.
• Assign crews and equipment; monitor performance and scheduling.
• Provide coaching and hands-on support; conduct job-site check-ins.
• Assist with junk removal, load-out, and field operations when needed.
• Maintain CRM data, job notes, payments and documentation.
