Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Production Manager to oversee field operations, lead multiple landscape crews, and ensure client satisfaction. You will coordinate materials, labor, and subcontractors, while maintaining safety and quality standards across assigned sites.

You will partner with Sales and Mechanics teams to deliver on promises, train staff, and optimize workflows to drive productivity. A strong background in landscaping operations and effective communication are essential for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior related work experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple crew associates focusing on the maintenance operation.
• Manage and coordinate landscape enhancement services—materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Promote safety, maintain a clean work area, and inspect properties prior to service.
• Oversee on-site training and skill development for employees.
• Forecast labor needs, monitor hours, and schedule crews across geographic locations.
• Coordinate with Sales and Mechanics teams to meet client expectations and repairs.
• Ensure work is on track and adjust as needed; communicate with customers.
• Suggest process improvements to boost productivity and profitability.
