Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Production Manager to oversee field operations, lead multiple crews, and ensure outstanding service for commercial sites. You’ll coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and client communications to deliver high‑quality results.

You’ll train staff, monitor safety and productivity, review hours and reports, and adjust staffing as needed. Strong leadership, organization, and MS Office skills are essential; Spanish/Bilingual skills are a plus.

• Experience coordinating landscape maintenance and enhancement services.
• Ability to lead crews, schedule work, and monitor safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple crew associates focusing on the maintenance operation.
• Coordinate materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors to deliver quality work.
• Monitor productivity, safety compliance, and policy adherence.
• Provide on-site training and develop instruction for new employees.
• Review hours, records, and reports; adjust staffing as needed.
• Communicate work instructions to crews and meet client expectations.
