Yellowstone Landscape seeks an experienced Crew Leader to supervise field crews within our Maintenance division. You will oversee all aspects of a job from start to completion, ensuring safety and efficiency on each site.

Responsibilities include daily safety inspections, coordinating with management and customers, and driving crews to sites while maintaining safety policies. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership in commercial landscaping.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a crew of laborers in landscaping or related services.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to branch or job site.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Strong English communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lawn maintenance activities of the crew and ensure safety and proper use of tools.
• Complete a daily pre-trip inspection report.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
• Safely drive crews to and from jobs and adhere to safety policies.
