Qualifications

• Prior related work experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License - Must meet insurance underwriting requirements.
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple crew associates focusing on the maintenance operation.
• Manage all landscape enhancement services and coordinate resources.
• Conduct operations promoting safety and maintain a clean work area.
• Inspect properties to prepare specific action plans for services.
• Ensure work is on track and make necessary adjustments.
