Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking experienced Crew Leaders for our Enhancement division to oversee all aspects of a crew from start to finish in field operations. You will supervise safety, deployment of tools, and coordination with branch management and customers to ensure quality results.

Responsibilities include daily pre-trip inspections, driving crews between jobs, and applying safe operating procedures with our top-tier equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a crew of laborers in landscaping installation or related services.
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Enhancement activities of the crew, ensuring safety equipment, training, and tools are available.
• Complete a pre-trip inspection report each day.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
• Use install tools and operate heavy equipment; safely drive crews to jobs in compliance with safety policy.
• Experience in masonry, flat work, pavers, and retaining walls is a plus.
