Job summary

A leading energy solutions provider is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage operations at a utility-scale solar and battery energy storage facility. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership of field technicians, and a focus on safety and operational excellence. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of technical experience, are comfortable troubleshooting complex systems, and possess a valid driver's license. This position offers flexible pay between $40-$45/hour, with additional bonuses and overtime potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Senior Technician or 3+ years as a Lead Technician.
• Experience with solar, BESS, HV substations, or SCADA systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support field technicians performing daily maintenance and repair activities.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across solar, BESS, SCADA, and BOP systems.
• Drive safety compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, or renewable systems

Ability to lead, coach, and communicate with field teams

Strong safety mindset (LOTO, OSHA, NFPA 70E familiarity)
